Return Policy
Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING
that you order from Heritage Maintenance Products, we guarantee a full refund
(minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30
days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. This excludes
special order and/or discontinued items. Brushes that have holes drilled
and plates mounted are considered special order items. Brushes or parts that are
special ordered from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking charge if cancelled
after 1 business day of ordering, if not already shipped. Some
special item parts are non returnable.

and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of
our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then
issue you a UPS Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions
for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of
the goods.
