Return Policy
Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING
that you order from Heritage Maintenance Products, we guarantee a full refund
(minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30
days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. This excludes
special order and/or discontinued items. Brushes that have holes drilled
and plates mounted are considered special order items. Brushes that are
special ordered from the manufacturer and are part of a larger staged order for
shipment to your location are subject to a 20% restocking charge if cancelled
after 1 business day of ordering.

and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of
our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then
issue you a UPS Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions
for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of
the goods.
